If you no longer have access to your passphrase/pin - simply re-install the Wombat app (or extension if you are using Chrome). Then log in using the social account you have chosen during sign up. Wombat will then securely recover your account and you will be asked to set a new passphrase/pin in the process.
If you have deleted your backup or lost it then unfortunately there is nothing we can do recover your account. We have no control over the wallet.
Please note we do not store any passwords and wont be able to Change/reset any email or social accounts.
