This can happen due to different reasons.
If you have staked on POLYGON, Then please make sure you have staked using your polygon address linked to your wombat wallet. If you have staked using an external wallet (METMASK) then in this case your DM vip level will show a different VIP level to your wombat app. Please make sure to connect the same POLYGON address on Dungeon Master that's linked to your wombat wallet.
If you have staked on the WAX CLOUD WALLET, Which is an external wallet to wombat. If you have staked on wax using your WCW then this also won't trigger any WOMBAT perks for VIP members.
