If you have increased your VIP level on by staking on Flexi, then please note there is a 3 week waiting period for receiving your VIP rewards or VIP packs. The rewards will automatically be sent to you 3 weeks after your staked on Flexi.
If you have increased your VIP level on by staking on Locked, Then the rewards should be sent instantly. In some cases where the rewards are not send then please send a ticket on support and we can manually trigger it for you.
